David Murray named to “Best Attorneys in America”

Less than 1% of attorneys in the country invited to Rue Ratings’ designation. The law firm of Danahy & Murray in Tampa, Florida has announced that founding partner David Murray has been selected through a nomination and a peer review process for inclusion in the 2015 Rue Ratings’ Best Attorneys in America designation. Rue Rating’s Best Attorneys of America has invited David C. Murray to become a lifetime charter member of “Best Attorneys of America” representing Florida as one of the state’s top 200 lawyers. Of over 98,000 lawyers licensed to practice in the State of Florida, less than 200 are invited to be a member of Rue Ratings’ Best Attorneys in America. A member roster will be published in the January 2015 ABA Journal.

Rue Ratings’ Best Attorneys of America is a membership-only group of the country’s top attorneys. To be selected for membership, the lawyer must be endorsed by an existing Lifetime Charter Member, nominated by a member of the Bar or the public, or chosen through independent evaluation. After nomination, a peer review panel evaluates the lawyer’s accomplishments and qualifications for membership. Only those with the highest legal expertise, professionalism, and ethical standards are invited to join, with membership capped at 200 in the State of Florida.

“I am pleased to have been honored with this invitation and recognition by my peers,” said Murray.

This is just one of the awards, honors, and distinctions that have been bestowed on Mr. Murray by the legal community which recognizes him for outstanding performance as a civil litigation attorney handling first-party insurance cases.

David Murray represents individuals, partnerships, and corporations who are denied or underpaid insurance benefits by their insurance carrier in connection with an insurance claim. He handles such claims and cases throughout the State of Florida. These include claims resulting from property damage to homes and condominiums, health, life and disability claims, denials of coverage and resulting bad faith.
